Chris Watts has been incarcerated for almost two years now for the murders of his two daughters, Celeste and Bella, and his pregnant wife Shanann Watts.
But that doesn’t mean he’s all by himself. At the Dodge Correctional Facility in Waupun, Wisconsin, where Watts is serving a life term, a limited number of regular visitors are permitted.
His parents Ronnie and Cynthia, a few friends, his older sister Jamie, and a woman by the name of Anna Nowak are among those who are permitted to see him.
In fact, according to recent records, Nowak was turned away from Watts Prison in April 2019 because he exceeded the daily visitation limit.
Who is Chris Watts?
Chris Watts was born on May 16, 1985, and is a chemical engineer. On November 3, 2012, he and his wife Shannan Watts were united in marriage in the county of Mecklenburg. Celeste Cathryn “Cece” Watts and Bella Marie Watts, both born on December 17, 2013, are their children (born July 17, 2015).
The couple bought a five-bedroom house in Frederick, Colorado, for their family in 2013, and in 2015 they filed for bankruptcy.
While Shanann worked as an independent representative for the multi-level marketing firm Le-vel, selling a product by the name of Thrive, he was an employee of Anadarko Petroleum.

Who Is Chris Watts’s Prison Girlfriend, Anna Nowak?
Anna Nowak, who resides in Wisconsin at the time of this writing, is Chris Watts’s jail sweetheart.
According to recently released documents, Nowak visited Watts more than 30 times in 2019, and in April of that same year, she was turned away from the prison for exceeding the permitted number of visits per day. Anna Nowak’s Interview with Chris Watts Shed Light on Their Relationship.
Nowak discussed their relationship and even laid the blame for the killings on Watts’ mistress, Nichol Kessinger, in the HLN docuseries Lies, Crimes & Video.
She added that Chris believed the murders would not have occurred if the affair had never occurred because she would not have entered his life.
She said, “She believes that he had this tight influence over him, which he defines as a leash.

Anna Nowak’s Letter to Chris Watts Is Suspicious.
“Chris, my name is Anna, and first, I want you to know that this is not a hate letter,” she began her first letter. I don’t write this to belittle you or anything of the sort.
“I actually intended to write for the exact opposite reason—to let you know that there is a God who loves you without conditions and without regard to what the rest of the world or other people may say about you.
The letter continued, “I have been following your case and it has been heavy on my heart to tell you that God has already forgiven and forgotten your sins, no matter what occurs or what has transpired. The entire letter can be heard being read aloud below.

Who is Anna Nowak?
Anna traveled to Watts more than 30 times in 2019, and Chris, who is serving a life term at the Dodge Correctional Facility, is permitted a select few frequent visitors.
His parents Ronnie and Cynthia are reportedly permitted to visit him. Jamie, Chris’ older sister, occasionally comes, as do a few other acquaintances, but Anna reached her daily visitation limit in April 2019.
Anna Nowak currently resides in Wisconsin, where Chris Watts is completing his prison term. Anna exposed her relationship with Chris and accused Nichol Kessinger, Watts’ mistress, of carrying out the murders in an interview with the HLN documentary series Lies, Crimes, & Video.
According to Anna, Chris believes that if the affair had never occurred, she would not have entered his life and the killings would not have occurred. She also believes that Chris had a strong hold on him, which he likens to a leash.
