With a net worth of $5 million, Jo Koy is an American-Filipino stand-up comedian. Jo has released several highly-regarded comedy specials and is currently one of the most in-demand headlining acts in the country.


In the mid-1990s, he began his stand-up career in Las Vegas, where he became a regular in the show “Catch a Rising Star” at the MGM Grand. Because of this, he decided to relocate to California. After his stint at the MGM Grand, Jo hired out the Huntridge Theater and toured the neighborhood to promote his own stand-up shows. A spot on BET’s “Comic View” followed.

Since then, he was nominated for and won a slew of comedy awards and featured on a wide variety of critically acclaimed television shows and tours.
