War refugees face a difficult existence. Certainly, Diana Jenkins would vouch for that. She overcame enormous obstacles to become a prosperous business owner. In addition, she spearheaded a number of charitable initiatives meant to assist people from similar circumstances to her own. She’s officially one of the Beverly Hills housewives now. As of the year 2022, Diana Jenkins has amassed a fortune of $300,000,000.
Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is where reality star Sanela Dijana Catic was born on October 24th, 1973, and spent her formative years. Iris is her younger brother. Both parents work outside the home; mom does accounting and dad is an economist.
Sanela was a product of the communist era in which she was raised. War broke out while she was a student at the University of Sarajevo studying economics. She and her family escaped to Croatia after her brother was killed there.
They left after a year, and the daughter continued her education in London at City University. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics and computer science while going under the English name Sanela Diana.
In the swimwear industry, Diana found her first taste of success with her company Melissa Odabash. Yet she owes a great deal of her wealth to the divorce settlement she received from her marriage to Roger Jenkins, an executive at Barclays Bank. She received £150,000,000 as a result of their divorce.
She did this by establishing a number of companies in her name, allowing her to safeguard her fortune. She worked her way up in the media and the beverage business. Her episode-by-episode salary for RHOBH, however, remains unknown. She has donated a significant portion of her $300 million fortune to various causes.
Diana worked various jobs after graduating from college, saving up money until she was able to launch her own jewelry business. A lot of people liked it, so that opened doors for her in other areas.
She co-founded the Melissa Odabash swimwear label with the model Melissa Odabash. She later moved to Sherman Oaks, California, where she opened up a shop as the owner of Neuro Drinks.
Jenkins also started an independent record label for musicians called D Empire Entertainment. Her most recent public debut is in season 12 of RHOBH, which premiered in 2022.
Diana Jenkins established the Iris Catic Foundation in 2002 after the passing of her brother. This foundation provides essential funding for the medical centers of the University of Sarajevo.
She co-hosted a Mayfair, London, benefit for Darfur genocide victims with actor George Clooney. In the same year, she established the Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project in collaboration with the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jenkins then began organizing relief efforts in the Congo and Haiti. She released a photography book titled Room 23 in which several of her famous pals made appearances. It donated 100% of its earnings to good causes.
They tied the knot in 1999, and Diana and Roger Jenkins are now the proud parents of two young children. They were together for ten years before deciding to end things amicably. The successful entrepreneur is currently dating Asher Monroe, a singer. Currently, she may be found making her home in a sprawling mansion in Hidden Hills, California.
