Early Life

In the year 1983 on December 2nd, Aaron Charles Rodgers entered this world in Chico, California. He was born to Darla Leigh (Pittman) and Edward Wesley Rodgers. Since leaving Chico in 1997, the family has lived in Ukiah and Beaverton, Oregon. He played quarterback for two years at Pleasant Valley High and went to that school.
He finished high school in 2002 and continued his football career at Butte Community College. He believes that his less-than-impressive physique at the time contributed to the lack of interest he received in Division I programs.
While attending Butte Community College, he threw for 26 touchdowns and his team went 10-1, which allowed him to transfer to the University of California, Berkeley the next year.

College Career
For the Golden Bears’ fifth game of the 2003 season, Rodgers was named the starting quarterback (University of California, Berkeley). He broke numerous records during his time there, including the record for fewest interceptions in a career at 1.95 percent while playing for California. A strong junior year in which he threw for 24 touchdowns and just 8 interceptions led him to forego his final year of college football in favor of entering the 2005 NFL Draft.
Professional Career

After the San Francisco 49ers selected Utah’s Alex Smith with the first overall choice, the Green Bay Packers selected quarterback Aaron Rodgers with the 24th pick. Rodgers had hoped to be drafted by his childhood team. While in the NFL, he spent his first year as Brett Favre’s backup quarterback and remained in that role until 2007. He had very little time to play throughout this period.
Rodgers was elevated to the starting quarterback position in 2008 after Favre announced his retirement. Favre was eventually dealt to the New York Jets after coming out of retirement. In his rookie year as a starting quarterback, he threw for over 4,000 yards, 28 touchdowns, and just 13 interceptions. He later contributed to the Packers’ 2011 Super Bowl XLV triumph. He was named Super Bowl MVP for his outstanding performance in leading his team to victory.
After failing to win a second Super Bowl, Rodgers continued to be one of the best players in the NFL. He holds the record for the longest streak of games without throwing an interception (41 games) and the lowest interception percentage (0.03) among active quarterbacks in regular season play. Additionally, he is just one of seven quarterbacks in NFL history to throw for over 1,000 yards in a single postseason and one of only five quarterbacks in NFL history to have a passer rating of at least 110 throughout the course of consecutive seasons.
When it was discovered that Aaron had lied about being vaccinated against COVID during the 2021 season, he received a great deal of backlash. He had tested positive, and reporters had been badgering him for an official comment on the result. Rodgers then doubled down on his anti-vaccine stance, reiterating several unfounded and readily debunked claims.

This honor was bestowed upon him in April 2018 after it was publicized that he had joined the Milwaukee Bucks ownership group as a limited partner.
Besides appearing in commercials for national companies like State Farm Insurance and Pizza Hut, Rodgers has been featured in many commercials for smaller businesses in his home state of Wisconsin. Forbes calls Rodgers’ multimillion-dollar contract with State Farm “one of the largest endorsement deals in the NFL.”
The contract is rumored to be worth between $2 and $3 million. Adidas, Prevea Healthcare, Bergstrom Automotive, Sharpie, and IZOD are just some of the companies he’s endorsed. He and Packers teammate Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, as well as other NFL players, were featured in a Key & Peele sketch from the second season.
