She enthralled millions of fans all over the world with her songs and her unbridled zest for life, and she served as an inspiration to upcoming celebrities. We bid a close friend farewell today, leaving behind her greatest contribution to the world: her music. Our deepest sympathies are with her family. We will miss you terribly, Tina.
Turner started her career in 1956 and is frequently referred to as the Queen of Rock. What’s Love Got to Do With It? and more hit songs were added to her record later on, and she also appeared in a number of well-known movies. She gave one such appearance in the third Mad Max movie, Beyond Thunderdome, where she played Aunty Entity.
