The Lawyer for Jonathan Majors Says There Is Proof that He Is “Completely Innocent.”
Jonathan Majors, a Marvel actor, was recently detained on assault charges. Now, according to his attorney, there is proof that Jonathan Majors is totally innocent of the claimed crime.
Furthermore, as reported via THR, Major’s attorney asserts that he is unquestionably the victim in this incident. She went on to talk about their efforts to gather proof that would support Majors and get the charges dropped.
The following is what criminal defense attorney Priya Chaudhry said about the proof used to back up Jonathan Majors:
She said, “Jonathan Majors is absolutely innocent and is most likely the victim of a fight with a woman he knows. We are gathering information swiftly and giving it to the District Attorney in the hope that all charges will be dropped right away.
The aforementioned evidence also has video from the car where the claimed incident occurred. Along with two written statements from the woman in which she retracts her claims, there is also witness testimony from the driver and bystanders.
She said that all the evidence established Mr. Majors’ complete innocence and his lack of any assault on her. Sadly, this tragedy occurred as a result of the woman’s emotional breakdown, for which she was sent to a hospital yesterday. In these circumstances, the NYPD is compelled to make an arrest, and that is the only reason Mr. Majors was taken into custody. These charges are likely to be withdrawn soon.
After Jonathan Majors was detained for assault, the accusations got started. The 30-year-old victim, who will remain anonymous, allegedly lived with Majors. She had minor head and neck injuries, so she was brought to the hospital. Not long later, other accusations against Majors were made on social media.
We must thus wait and watch how this situation develops. It appears that the Majors’ legal team is confident in their position for the time being. Keep checking for any new information about the MCU actors as it becomes available.
