On Disney Plus in June, the eagerly awaited MCU series Secret Invasion is scheduled to make its debut. Recently, Marvel revealed some interesting information about the series, including the key role Emilia Clarke will play.
Emilia Clarke was initially thought to be cast as the Marvel comic book heroine Abigail Brand because of an alleged leak. Even though it seems like this isn’t the case. Emilia Clarke is actually portraying a character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as reported by Vanity Fair.
Fans are already aware that a number of Skrull characters will appear in Secret Invasion. Moreover, Emilia Clarke will apparently portray a Skrull that we last saw in Captain Marvel. Of course, at the time, this specific iteration of the character was still a young girl.

The persona goes by the name G iah and is the daughter of the Skrull Talos. According to Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury, it now appears that we will get to witness the young Skrull girl grow up. It appears like there will be some sort of conflict between the two that is related to the plot of this series. Of course, in order to be certain, we must wait and watch what transpires.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Clarke Stated the Following:
She has definitely become more resilient as a result of it. You get the impression that this girl is quite punk. Do you get what I mean? She is a refugee child that had Talos for a father.
As previously noted, it was thought that Emilia Clarke will play Abigail Brand in the television show. Even though it appears that this is no longer the case, it might still have some value. specifically in light of the potential use of Brand’s identity by G Iah for her human form. This might imply that Emilia Clarke is portraying both roles. Of course, at this point, all we can do is speculate. We’ll just have to wait and watch how Secret Invasion’s plot develops.
