How Do You Set up Sms Protect for Overwatch 2?

All players in Overwatch 2 will need to have a phone number associated with their Battle.net account. Blizzard hopes that this new security mechanism will help them crack down on toxic behavior and better enforce bans.
The Battle.net “Account Details” tab is where you can enter your phone number. Adding your phone number to your account is done in the third section of “Account Details,” titled “Phone Number.”
Blizzard has said that SMS Protect will not function with certain phone numbers. According to Blizzard, these are the restrictions:
- Messaging apps like iMessage (iOS) or WhatsApp (iOS, Android) are not supported.
- Mobile phones with prepaid plans may not work with the phone notification service.
- Phone notifications cannot be used with Voice over IP (VoIP), and VoIP numbers that are transferred to a local provider are not eligible for the service.
Do Overwatch 1 Credits Transfer to Overwatch 2?

Anyone who has put in a significant amount of time playing the original Overwatch has probably wondered if their in-game currency will carry over to the sequel. The short answer is yes, but there is a catch.
Credits, OWL tokens, and competition points will all carry over from Overwatch, as verified by Blizzard in late June 2022.
When asked about the future of OW1 credits, Overwatch Commercial Lead Jon Spector said, “Our new virtual currency will be the main currency, and there will be things in OW2 that are not purchasable with those OW1 credits.” That is to say, that money can be moved, but it might not be of many services.
