The Official Trailer for Netflix’s Animated “Scrooge: A Christmas Carol”

Netflix has dropped the full trailer for Scrooge: A Christmas Carol, its upcoming animated holiday film featuring the voices of Luke Evans, Olivia Colman, and more. It will be available for streaming on December 2.

TheScrooge: A Christmas Carol, a Netflix original film, is teased in the teaser. It emphasizes the streamer’s fresh interpretation of the story’s well-known characters, such as the varied appearances of the ghosts of Christmases past, present, and future.

According to the synopsis, Charles Dickens’s timeless legend is revived in this magical, time-traveling musical rendition of the classic Christmas tale. Scrooge has just one more Christmas Eve to face his past and create a better future with his own soul on the line.

Oscar-winning actress Olivia Colman (The Mitchells vs. the Machines), Oscar nominee Jessie Buckley (The Lost Daughter), Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast), Jonathan Pryce (The Two Popes), Johnny Flynn (Emma), Fra Fee (Hawkeye), Giles Terera (Hamilton), Trevor Dion Nicholas (Aladdin: Live from the West End), and James Cosmo all lend their voices to Scrooge: A Christmas Carol (Braveheart).

Reimagined songs by the famous and two-time Academy Award winner Leslie Bricusse OBE will be used in the film Scrooge: A Christmas Carol. Stephen Donnelly is the director, and Timeless Films and Axis Studios are the producers.
