A dramatic scene from the sequel that depicted the pandemonium of the initial stages of the invasion completely changed the tone of the horror franchise. This idea will be developed further in the prequel, which will also broaden the main series’ focus beyond the Abbott family.
The A Quiet Place sequel, originally slated for release on September 22, 2023, has been delayed by over six months and will now hit theatres on March 8, 2024. The movie won’t have any direct competition when it opens in theatres on its new date, but it will launch in the same month as two well-known movies, Godzilla vs. Kong 2 and Spider: Beyond The Spider-Verse.
