Part 3 of The Final Season of Attack on Titan Will Be Split Into Two Parts in 2023!
Attack On Titan’s Final Season will air on March 3, 2023, the anime’s official Twitter account has stated, following last year’s news that there will be a third season.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 would be divided into two halves, the animation studio MAPPA announced shortly after the news broke. The second half’s air date has not yet been set, even though the first half will air in March. Both are scheduled for release in 2023.
Although we were aware of the rumbling, we did not anticipate a simultaneous sundering.
The duration of each portion hasn’t been confirmed either. However, the debut on March 3 is referred to as a “special broadcast”. This implies that it’s absolutely conceivable for each portion to be a single, feature-length special rather than several episodes, similar to Stranger Things.
Fans will regrettably have to wait longer to see the animated climax to the story as a result of all of this. After an 11-year run, the manga came to an end in April 2021. The last chapter, however, sparked a lot of debate among readers. It’s unclear whether the anime will adhere to the source material or adopt a more fan-friendly conclusion.
Yuichiro Hayashi will helm the third and last installment of Attack on Titan. Attack on Titan Final Season Parts 1 and 2 were films he previously directed.
